What surprised me most about Debra's coaching was the connections I made with the other women. The decorating activity she gave us was such a creative way to break the ice, and from there, we just opened up. Coach Debra created this safe space where we could speak freely and share our own experiences without judgment. There was this incredible energy in the room that brought us all together.
